97/8 SA632 Mining bit

The strength and wear resistance of inserts are improved by using carbides inserts with high strength and high wear resistance.

New bearing structure can further extend the service life bearing, and with the ability of applying high WOB and RPM.

The service life of the bearing is further extended by adopting harder and more wear resistant material for thrust bearing.

Uses and applicable ranges of the bits

Uses the bit is used for air drilling, e. g, for drilling operations in open coal mine £¬iron mine and non-ferrous mine, as well as petroleum air drilling .

Applicable ranges: The bit is applicable for drilling formations with high compressive strength and high abrasiveness and medium hard formations, such as limestone, sandstone, dolomite and frieston, ect.
