The SL series hydraulic splitter is our newly developed product is composed of two parts: hydraulic pumping station and splitter. The super-high-pressure oil-driven oil cylinder outputted by the pumping station generates gigantic driving power, which can split the object to be split to the preset direction after mechanic amplification.

A special pump powers the Splitter. The cylinder contains a control vale & a piston that moves the center wedge between the two counter wedges. The set of Wedges is placed into the drilled hole. After giving a forward stoke the center wedge moves between the two counter wedges forcing them against the wall of the hole when the expansion force increases beyond the tensile strength of the material (rock/ concrete) the crack is developed. A single control lever controls the reverse & forward stroke of the piston. On the top of the splitter an automatic valve reduces pressure on the total Hydraulic system immediately after the break.

This product is mainly applicable to mining work of construction stones, the secondary breaking of large ores (metal ores or non-mental ores) and the partial or integral removing of concrete facilities (cement road, machinery base, bridge and building parts). Compared with traditional working mode, the above method features simple structure, convenient operation, efficient work and low price (some1/4 of that of foreign products). It offers high efficiency (double speed) and good performance, and is more applicable to the secondary breaking work of large ores. It is an ideal product to replace secondary blasting and manual breaking.
