■ Operating instructions

1.  Structure (see the annex structure picture)

Splitter is composed of four parts: oil pumping station, drill tubing, spitting spear, counter wedge

2.    Operating procedure

 ①  Check the quantity of pressure oil whether it is right with  the request of oil gauge instruction before opening the machine

 ②  Straighten out the drill tubing, avoiding the drill tubing being curved oversized

③Spread the high-pressured lubricating oil on the two inclined sides of power head; Fasten the two counter wedges which are not crooked or slot and guarantee no sand or crushed stone sundry goods on the working surface.

 ④ Insert the splitter spear head to the bottom hole.

 ⑤ Start the oil pump (pressing the green button).

Please note that before opening the oil pumping, the handle of cross valve of the oil station should be put on the middle loading oil position.

 ⑥   Start the cross valve of oil station, causing the pressure oil into the drill tubing NO.1# (or P#). Pay attention to the oil direction in order that you can feel the flowing tubing head pressure when your hand  tracing the intake pipe. If the oil direction makes mistakenly, you can move the cross valve handle of oil station to another end position.

  ⑦   Put the cross valve of spear body to the position 1#, then the splitter starts to break the rock. After stone splitting, it is possible not to divided completely, so can change another counter wedges to carry on separating for the twice or third times.

  ⑧   Move the crossing valve handle of gun body to the position 2# after breaking out the stone and the up line of power head will return to the primary position.

  ⑨   Put the handle to the middle position to unload the oil, then extract the gun body from the rock to carry on another rock breaking work.

  ⑩   Unload the flowing tubing head pressure after completing the rock breaking, then close the oil pumping electrical machinery

3. Service maintenance

⑴   Replace the pressure oil on regular time, one time for a year if possible. And do it in advance if it isn’t limpid.

⑵  Keep the parts of machine clean in order to radiates easily.

⑶  Clean up the rubber tube and hang it after finishing using in order to avoid premature aging

⑷ Don’t receive the big external force attacking otherwise the cylinder will distort greatly and be unable to use normally.

⑸  Pay attention to whether existing oil leaking when working and resolve it once discovering promptly.

⑹   Have enough high-pressured grease to supply to the counter wedge and the power head working surface when working, polish promptly if the working surface is scratched.

⑺    Doesn’t use the spear head as the crow bar.

⑻    Spread the oil on the power head and the counter wedge surface and seal them after working, avoiding the working surface rusting.
